It has come to our notice that certain fraudulent elements are cheating people in the name of Pawan Hans Limited through fake websites, social media pages, reels, forged employee identity cards, and fabricated documents. These individuals are collecting money under the pretext of ticket bookings through Google Pay, Paytm, bank transfers, and other such modes. All passengers are therefore advised to remain vigilant and cautious.

Pawan Hans Limited has not authorized or appointed any agency/travel agent for ticket booking. The company does not advise its passengers to make payments to any third party/travel agent/individual/agency.

For Shri Kedarnath ji: Passengers are advised to book tickets for Shri Kedarnath Ji only through the online portal of IRCTC authorized by the Uttarakhand Government, i.e., www.heliyatra.irctc.co.in. For further information, the official website of UCADA may be referred.

Other Services: for availing other helicopter services of Pawan Hans Limited, tickets should be booked only through the official booking website www.booking.pawanhans.co.in.

It has come to our notice that some fraudulent person(s) have created a fake website(s) https://www.pawanhans.in/ & "https://himalayantrip.co.in/" and are deceiving passengers in the name of Pawan Hans and assuring them to provide confirmed tickets of/by Pawan Hans for various sectors. They have been taking fake orders and accepting payments by various means i.e., Google pay, Paytm and account transfer etc., in name of Pawan Hans Limited. We have initiated necessary investigation and appropriate legal action in this matter.

Pawan Hans would like to inform all the concerned, that, we do not have any empanelled/appointed agencies/travel agents for making the booking on behalf of Pawan Hans. Also, we never advise our passengers to make the payment to any third party/Travel agents/individual/agency for booking of Pawan Hans tickets.
