Applications are invited from the Retired Officers from Government of India, Central or State PSUs or other Aviation Companies or any Individual from a Public / Private Agency or Company, Consultancy Firms, Academic/Research Institutions, Management Firms etc for engagement of Consultant purely on contract basis as detailed below :-

To conduct CRM, DGR Awareness, Procedure training, Human Factor Training, SMS training, Accident Prevent & investigation training, Monsoon flying hazards training etc & other Safety Duties like development, revision of Safety, SMS, and Training Manual.

- The Consultant shall be engaged or awarded job contract for specific assignment not related to routine day to day work of the Company.
- The age of individual should not be more than 63 years at the time of engagement. However depending upon the expertise & proficiency of the individual in a particular field, maximum age may be relaxed upto 67 years.
The individual Consultants shall be appointed at following level:
Senior Consultant
Individual who have retired at the level of E7 & above from CPSE or equivalent level in GOI or individual having total experience of not less than 20 years including minimum experience of 03 years at top/senior management level (DPE grades E-7/E-8 or its equivalent /CTC level).
Consultant
Individual who have retired at the level of E5-E6 from CPSE or equivalent level in GOI or individual having total experience of not less than 16 years including minimum experience of 03 years at middle management level (DPE grades E5/E6 or its equivalent /CTC level).
