INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING ONLINE APPLICATIONS

General Instructions:

 

 

1.

Read and understand all the instructions and eligibility criteria as per the advertisement uploaded on the PHL website. Ensure that you meet the laid down eligibility criteria especially of Age, Qualification, Experience, holding current and valid license etc before proceeding to fill the online form.

 

 

2.

Before filling up the online application, candidates are required to have a crossed Demand Draft towards application fee as per advertisement (not applicable for SC/ST & Persons with Disabilities) drawn on any scheduled bank payable at Delhi/Noida in favor of "Pawan Hans Limited." The Demand Draft has to be sent before the due date mentioned along with Registration/Acknowledgment slip to HOD (HR&A), Pawan Hand Ltd, Corporate Office, C-14, Sector - 1, Noida -201301

3.

Incomplete form will not be accepted by system.

 

4.

On successful completion of the qualifier page, you would receive an email (on the registered email id) with the link for completing your registration.

5.

If you don't receive the link in the INBOX of your email, please check the SPAM mails also.

6.

Click on the link mailed to your email Id, for completing your registration for the post applied.

 

              How to Apply:

 

 

I.

Candidates should have a valid personal e-mail ID and mobile number. It should be kept active during the entire recruitment process. Registration number, password, and all other important communication will be sent on the same registered e-mail ID (please ensure that email sent to this mailbox is not redirected to your junk / spam folder).

 

II.

Candidates should take utmost care to furnish the correct details while filling in the on-line application. YOU CAN EDIT THE INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMISSION. Once the form is submitted, Edit option will not be available.

 

 

 

 

III.

The step by step process for submitting the application form for the Apply Post is given below:

Step-I: Registration of User -->> Mail Verification(Login Id and password will be sent to you through e-mail on registered E-Mail Id) -->> Login -->> Check Post for which you want to apply.

Step-II: Login to complete the Personal Details, Education Details, Professional Details, Family Details, Other Details, Upload Documents, Online Payment

Application once submitted can be viewed and printed.

After registration, candidate has to login and complete details in application form like Personal Details, Education Details, Experience Details etc.

Instructions regarding scanning of Photograph, Resume: Candidates should upload the scanned (digital) image of their photograph and Resume as per the process given below. The applicant should note that only Jpg/jpeg/png/gif/bmp format is acceptable:

i. Photograph Image:

Photograph must be a recent passport size color picture on light background (not older than 3 weeks). Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.

The size of the scanned image should be between 50kb -100kb in Jpg/jpeg/png/gif/bmp format only.

 

ii. Resume File: An updated resume with all the current details may be uploaded in doc/docx/pdf format file.

Size of file should be between 50kb - 2Mb in doc/docx/pdf format only.

iii.iii.Copies of Certificates: Copies of Certificates in support of Age, Caste/Class, Education & Professional Qualifications, Experience details & License etc. should be between 50kb - 5Mb in a zip folder.

Candidates are advised to retain copy of the application form for future use.

 

II

Candidates are advised not to attempt for registration more than once. In case of multiple registrations, their candidature is liable for cancellation/rejection without any notice/intimation.
